Timelines start once we have your deposit and content. Domains, business email, stock photos and third party services such as booking or payment providers are billed at cost by those providers. Larger shops, custom software and content migrations are quoted separately.
After launch
Every package works either way. Choose when you start, on the start page.
Hosting & care covers hosting, HTTPS, backups, uptime monitoring and up to 30 minutes of edits each month; unused time doesn’t roll over. If you end a monthly plan after the minimum term but before 24 payments, we’ll quote a buyout so you can keep the site.

You only pay the balance when you’re happy with it. Hosting and care begin at launch and are billed monthly, and you can cancel care at any time.

We are a small, remote team with no office overheads or account managers, and we focus only on small business websites. That keeps the process lean, without switching to templates or cutting corners on testing.
Starter suits new businesses or anyone with a simple offer. Business suits most established businesses that want separate pages for services, about and contact. Pro adds a blog, online booking or a small shop. Not sure? Tell us about your business and we’ll recommend one.
Starter sites usually take three to five days, Business sites one to two weeks and Pro sites two to three weeks. The clock starts once we have your deposit and content, and quick feedback keeps things on schedule.
It’s your address on the internet, like yourbusiness.com. It usually costs about $10 to $25 a year from a domain company and should always be registered in your name. We’ll help you choose one and connect it to your new site.
Hosting is the computer that keeps your website online day and night so anyone can visit it. Like rent for a shop, it’s an ongoing cost. Our hosting & care plan is $45 a month and also covers security, backups and small edits. Every monthly plan already includes it.
SEO stands for search engine optimization. In plain English: setting your site up so Google understands what you do and can show you to people searching for it. We build those basics into every site. It helps, but nobody can honestly promise you the top spot on Google.
Just email us. If your site is on hosting & care or a monthly plan, we’ll fix anything on our side at no extra cost, usually within a day or two. If you host the site yourself, fixes are $60 an hour, agreed with you before we start.
Every site includes search basics: clear page structure, titles and descriptions, image descriptions, fast loading and a sitemap. Business and Pro add structured data and Google Search Console setup. These give search engines a strong foundation, but we do not guarantee rankings, leads or revenue.
Yes. Pay upfront and you own the code, design and content we create from launch day. On a monthly plan it’s yours after 24 payments. Your domain always stays in your name.
Yes, for any package: Starter is $79, Business $129 and Pro $179 a month, with nothing to pay until launch. Hosting and care are included. There’s a 12 month minimum, then it’s month to month for as long as you like, and after 24 payments the site is yours.
No. Hosting and care is $45 a month and covers hosting, backups, monitoring and small edits, but you are free to host the site yourself. We hand over everything at launch.
Yes. We work remotely by email, phone and video call, so it doesn’t matter where your business is based.
